Thank you for shopping with Waysie! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your printed t-shirts will be delivered. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All our products are made-to-order, which means printing starts only after an order is placed.
  • It typically takes 2–5 business days to process and print your order.
  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • After your order is processed, it is handed over to our third-party courier partners for delivery.
  • Estimated shipping times:

Domestic Orders (India): 4–7 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note these are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as high demand, customs clearance, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Delivery times and costs for international orders vary by location. You are responsible for any duties or taxes levied on international shipments.
  • Free shipping may be offered as part of promotions or minimum order values.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
  • For India Post/Other courier providers may not update their tracking. In such cases, we only adhere to the shipping partners’ final voice

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
  • Waysie is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work with reliable third-party partners, delays can sometimes occur due to:
  1. Weather conditions
  2. Courier strikes
  3. Remote or restricted delivery zones
  4. Customs (for international orders)

Waysie is not responsible for these delays but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will coordinate with our partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
  • If there are issues with delivery due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
